How does the pricing work?

Pricing depends on your condition, and if it is covered under an injury I am able to provide cover under ACC with a surcharge but if it is not ACC I am able to provide private service at full cost.

Could there be extra costs for an appointment?

Additional charges for accessory products depends on your needs. This includes strapping tape, bracing, therabands wound and dressings, pullies swiss balls and balms.

Do I need a doctor’s referral to attend physiotherapy?

No, you do not need a doctor referral to attend physiotherapy and I am able to complete ACC injury claims on your behalf.

Hand therapy:

We are unable to assist with you had related injuries as we are not specialised in this area of treatment

Do you provide speciality referrals for X-rays, ultrasound and braces?

Yes, I am able to complete speciality referrals for X-rays, ultrasounds, and braces if required.

Do you provide orthopaedic surgeons or sports doctors referrals?

Yes, I am able to guide your referral to orthopaedic surgeons or sports doctors if required.

What if it’s not an accidental injury (not on ACC)?

Private treatment will be available, at full cost.

Disability access to the clinic?

Due to having steps into the clinic there is no available disability access to the clinic. If you require wheelchair access please call to discuss options with the receptionist.
